The plant operation is managed under the supervision of a competent Plant Manager. He is assisted by other efficient technical work force having full dedication to their occupation.  At present sixty-four (64) industries / factories of DEPZ are connected to the CETP. All effluents coming out of the industries are received to the plant through a dedicated pipeline. After treatment, the treated water is discharged to the outside stream. The plant operation is monitored by the Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority (BEPZA), Dhaka Export Processing Zone (DEPZ), Department of Environment (DoE)  and  at times by foreign buyers’ representatives. The plant remains in operation 24 hrs a day irrespective of any holiday. Flagship Dhaka CETP (BD) PLC receives appreciation from different stakeholders / authorities for its state of the art operational standard.
